On March 8, we, like many others, celebrate International Women’s Day. Since 1911, International Women’s Day has been a tangible reminder for millions of people across the globe to honor the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. In these recent times, International Women’s Day also offers a poignant rallying cry—a call to action for accelerating women’s equity.
As the theme of International Women’s Day 2021 is #ChooseToChallenge, we at SCOJO New York are challenging ourselves to make real change in our community.
