We are looking for dedicated sales representatives for our brand, as well as other brands which we currently represent. The ideal candidate displays a constant drive to reach goals and improve on their process. Above all, motivation to develop and compassion towards customers are the most important qualities of the representative. Experience in the eyewear industry is a plus, but not a necessity. 

We seeking representatives that will manage the Southwest. 

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

2+ years of sales experience (preferred but not required)

Personal sense of style

Highly developed organizational and planning skills

Proven track record of achievement and self-motivation

Desire to develop skills and achieve goals

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Cold calling and in person retailer meetings for the purpose of developing a long term buying relationship.

Evaluated on your ability to meet sales quotas and revenue targets, and your ability to develop new accounts.

Main priority of increasing revenue in assigned territory through in person meetings with existing and potential accounts, as well as introducing leads to Aframes and other brands we represent. 

Extensive travel by vehicle to existing and potential accounts.
